1. Face-to-face sessions
In-person sessions are available if you prefer meeting directly with me in Copenhagen. These sessions provide a safe and personal space to explore your challenges face-to-face.
The main benefit of individual therapy is the depth of presence and attention you receive, with an approach tailored to your unique needs and situation.
2. Online sessions
If you live outside Copenhagen, abroad, or simply need more flexibility, online sessions allow you to receive private 1:1 support from wherever you are.
Conducted on a secure platform, these sessions make it easy to fit therapy into your life without losing the personal connection.
3. Online group courses
Online group courses are for you who want to explore self-development in a safe and supportive environment.
Each week you’ll dive into lessons and workbooks that combine teaching, storytelling, exercises and reflection.
Alongside this, you’ll join live group calls where we share, support, and learn from each other.
Under Sisse's guidance, I've discovered a path to self-discovery, healing, and personal empowerment. I've gained a better understanding of myself and acquired invaluable life skills that I will carry with me throughout my life. I'm grateful for the positive impact she's had on my life. I am now more aware of my triggers and coping mechanisms, and I am better equipped to manage whatever life throws at me. I am also beginning to develop healthier relationships with myself and others.
My method
During therapy sessions, including conversations, teaching and practical exercises, I approach your issues from diverse perspectives, considering the complete human experience, including the mind (your thoughts), the body (your senses), the heart (your feelings) and the soul (your spirit).
I employ various psychological theories and methodologies, encompassing behavioral, cognitive, systemic, psycho-dynamic, humanistic/holistic, existential, and spiritual approaches.
Initially, I recommend scheduling regular sessions, either weekly or at least twice a month. As time progresses, we can consider extending the intervals between sessions.
The pace of progress varies from person to person, and the duration of treatment is always tailored individually. For some, a few sessions are enough, while others may require a more extended treatment plan.
Since my sessions with Sisse, I feel that I am able to navigate through the trials of life much more confidently, and most importantly, with kindness and recognition of my feelings. I can say, hands down, that Sisse is the best therapist I've ever had, and I credit her greatly for helping me understand my traumas, how they manifest themselves, and how to take control of my thoughts through acceptance and kindness.
Languages
I am proficient in several foreign languages, allowing me to conduct therapy sessions in Danish, English, and French. Additionally, I have a good understanding of Swedish and Norwegian.
